The Carson Coover House is a boutique apartment building located at 223 Pine Street in the downtown Capitol District.

This historic residence was built in a time when great craftsmanship was the norm. Its splendid features have endured for over a century, including the prominent copper cornice and bay windows.

Three generations of the Coover family lived at this address. The eponymous Dr. Carson Coover served as president of the Harrisburg Academy of Medicine and the Dauphin County Medical Society. Today it has been lovingly restored for a new generation to live in. Historic finishes, side-by-side with modern touches, join in harmony to create an exceptional property.

The Carson Coover House was completely renovated in 2014, with luxurious interior appointments and amenities including architectural woodwork, designer finishes, private laundry in every apartment, individual HVAC, and more.

Vartan Group performed the development and renovation of this property.
