ABOUT THE COMMERCIAL CORE
The Commercial Core at Susquehanna Union Green is a unique destination for a variety of shopping, dining, outdoor experiences and more.
Positioned at the intersection of two prime corridors, Linglestown Road (PA-39) and Progress Avenue, the Commercial Core boasts outstanding visibility and access to a diverse, affluent, and growing customer base.
The Commercial Core opened to the public in 2021 and continues to buildout with a dynamic business roster.
At the heart of the Commercial Core are the Central Green and a pedestrian promenade named Gravel Mews, which has as its centerpiece a permanent, outdoor installation of a segment of the Eiffel Tower. The public art and park space are woven throughout the Commercial Core, activating its storefronts and transfiguring it into an indoor/outdoor experience.
