The building was designed to Passive House (PHIUS) guidelines to achieve high energy efficiency, increase indoor air quality, and offer safety and comfort for resident in extreme weather conditions. Its highly walkable location provides residents with convenient access to everyday needs.
  • Little Learners’ Child Development Center is an educationally-based child development center offering child care, kindergarten, and other educational services to children starting at age 6 weeks.
  • UPMC Urgent Care Harrisburg provides medical care to patients of all ages with minor illnesses and injuries.
  • Dental Care of Harrisburg provides a variety of oral health services.

The traffic volume on Linglestown Road is 20,000+ AADT. An existing CAT public transit route serves this corridor. All public utilities are available onsite via existing infrastructure. The development is located outside the 500-year flood plain.
