Cherry Orchard Place – A Senior Living Community is under construction now. The $14.2 million housing project will consist of 49 age-restricted apartments. The building was designed to Passive House (PHIUS) guidelines to achieve high energy efficiency, increase indoor air quality, and offer safety and comfort for resident in extreme weather conditions.
