2615 Linglestown Road is an undeveloped tract of land, located at the signalized intersection of Progress Avenue and Linglestown Road in Susquehanna Township.

This tract is an infill site developed on all sides. All utilities are available onsite via existing infrastructure. The traffic volume is 20,000+ AADT on Linglestown Road (PA 39) and 13,500+ AADT on Progress Ave. It is located on an existing CAT public transit route. It is not located in a floodplain.

Susquehanna Township is considering rezoning this site to create a new Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND-1) District. The proposed zoning district utilizes a Form-Based Code.
