2330 Vartan Way

2330 Vartan Way is a large, two-story building in the Vartan Office Park located along Progress Ave.

The building is recently renovated.  In 2008 a new roof and energy-efficient mechanical systems were installed. Also in 2008, the new main entrance, with an internally illuminated tower feature, was constructed.

The building includes a covered loading dock with capability for two 53’ tractor trailers, a fire detection system, a remote air conditioning monitoring and control system, and a large surface parking lot with a total of 252 parking spaces.

The PA Department of Public Welfare is an anchor tenant for 2330 Vartan Way.
