2300 Vartan Way

2300 Vartan Way is a large, two-story building with prominent frontage along Progress Avenue in Susquehanna Township.

The building has been entirely renovated, including the installation of a new roof, mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems, and all new interior finishes. In 2011 it earned the EPA's Energy Star® label, an award given to the nation's most energy-efficient buildings.

The main lobby’s glass curtain wall system floods the entranceway to the building with natural sunlight. It has a fire detection system, a remote air-conditioning monitoring and control system, and a surface parking lot with a total of 231 parking spaces.

Cumulus Media, a leading owner and operator of FM and AM radio stations throughout the United States, is an anchor tenant.
