2300 Vartan Way

2300 Vartan Way is a large, two-story building that was entirely renovated in 1999.  The renovations included the complete removal of all existing systems and the installation of all new interior finishes, as well as mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.

The main lobby’s glass curtain wall system floods the entranceway to the building with natural sunlight.

The facility has a state-of-the-art fire alarm system and a surface parking lot with a total of 231 parking spaces.

Cumulus Media, a leading owner and operator of FM and AM radio stations throughout the United States, is an anchor tenant.
