1633 North 6th Street is a commercial office development in Harrisburg's Midtown, with an approved Land Development Plan and KOZ status (Keystone Opportunity Zone).

Its large floor plate can accommodate nearly 100,000 square feet of commercial office space. A below-grade, enclosed and gated parking level can serve 134 vehicles, and two additional, professionally managed parking lots are within one block.

This project has been designed under the LEED® design approach, as promulgated by the U.S. Green Building Council. Its signature design features a dramatic, 3-story glass atrium with an exposed stairway and glass handrails, as well as an exterior landscaped plaza. A state-of-the-art building management system will control the environment within the building, as well as monitor all significant systems.
