The 1500 Project

We are proud to present the 1500 Project, a multi-use concept in the Northern Gateway master plan in Harrisburg, PA. It is located on the north-west quadrant of North 6th and Reily Streets, on a tract bounded on the south by Reily Street, on the north by Boyd Street, on the east by 6th Street, and on the west by 5th Street.

1500 is a mid-rise urban project, with market-rate condominium residences above a street-level restaurant and retail shops. Its signature design features top-floor lofts, a roof garden system, and the LEED design approach.

1500's target audience is young professional singles and couples who are attracted to the urban lifestyle: proximity to friends, work, and cultural amenities; liberation from dependence on the car; and knowing that we are contributing to the revitalization of our cherished cities.
